I don’t want to flood your inbox — I really don’t! But special counsel Robert Hur released his report on Joe Biden’s retention of classified documents minutes ago and it is a WOW. There’s real potential for this report to change the direction of the presidential race. I explain why below.
Special counsel Robert Hur’s report on Joe Biden’s retention of classified documents after his time as vice president runs to 388 pages.
But, the key political takeaway — and the one with the potential to impact the course of the 2024 presidential race — boils down a to single line from Hur:
“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
