To hear Maine Gov. Janet Mills tell it, nominating oyster farmer Graham Platner against GOP Sen. Susan Collins this fall would be a massive risk for Democrats.
“Electability is the key in this race,” Mills, who is running against Platner for the Democratic nomination, told me in an interview Monday. “Electability bar none.”
