Donald Trump traveled to South Carolina over the weekend to rally support in advance of the state’s February 24 GOP presidential primary.
He spoke for almost two hours(!) — and I went through the entire speech to pick out the lines you need to see.
I think it is CRITICALLY important that we follow closely what Trump says — because it’s a blueprint for what he will do if elected in 2025.
This is hard and arduous work. So I am asking if you can support me in my effort — by becoming a paid subscriber. Thank you!
“As you probably heard two days ago we won everything in the Virgin Islands
a nice place beautiful place. Would you like to go — sometime we'll all go.”
Let’s all go to the Virgin Islands! And away we go!
“99% in the Nevada caucuses.”
He actually did win 99% in Nevada!
“We won the primary by 48 points and we didn't participate in it.”
Not correct. “None of these Candidates” took 63% to 30% for Nikki Haley. Trump was not on the Nevada primary ballot. While I assume most of the “none” vote was for Trump, you can’t credibly claim he “won” the primary.
“We also had another massive victory that every conservative should celebrate we crushed crooked Joe Biden's disastrous open borders bill.”
[narrator voice] The bill was negotiated by Oklahoma Republican Sen. James Lankford and Connecticut Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy.
“Even though the country is going to hell we have to have a little bit of fun.”
So true.
