Remember Guns N’ Roses? For me, they were THE rock band of my teen years. And, honestly, this song STILL rocks.

When they think of GNR, most people think of Axl Rose, the mercurial lead singer, or Slash, the top-hat-wearing guitarist.

But, I want to talk about Duff McKagan, the lesser-known bass player of the group. Did you know he is still making music? And that — wait for it — it’s sort of folk music?

His new album is called “Lighthouse.” And I have to say, I dig it.
