I am utterly convinced that we will look back on 2025 as the year that the media changed forever. Or, maybe more accurately, the year that everyone — in the media and outside of it — realized that the era of mainstream media era was over and the independent media era was rapidly taking its place.

That is a GIANT story with implications that touch politics (obviously) but also the culture more broadly. And I am going to dedicate significant time and energy to covering it over the next year.
