I'm not surprised, but I am disappointed.

McConnell has zero to gain from endorsing Trump.

I think McConnell is only concerned about his legacy from places like the Heritage Foundation and the Club for Growth. Because history will not remember him kindly, nor should it

And he has cemented his legacy. He won't be remembered well.

“A loyal republican!” That’s really funny because the orange Hitler is anything but a republican.

McConnell and what is left of the Republicant’s is worshipping at the alter of a film flam man.

The world is scared of the prospect of this flaming asshole becoming president.

It is so sad that principles and politics don't mix.

McConnell is a spineless jellyfish whose “legacy” will be that he supported an insurrectionist president then ex-president.

And helped Trump pack the Supreme Court to overthrow Roe v Wade.

Some “legacy”! 👎🏻

I used to think he was the very worst of the Republican party till Dumpy came along. Now he's the second worst.

yeah, so many to choose from at this point. 😒

Watching the results of yesterday's primaries is so totally depressing. Are we living in the same country as the Trump voters? Are they all THAT ignorant?

Certainly underscores that he captures the majority of the least educated in our country.

I saw a clip this morning of a woman in the south being interviewed. She said at her (Nikki Haley's) age she's probably going through menopause and as such would make an unstable President. Are you f'ing shitting me, lady. So, you voted for Trump instead??? Is irony completely and utterly dead?

The operative comment here is, “you just can’t make this shit up”!

Asa Hutchinson is Republican but will not endorse Trump. He won't vote for Biden either. Admire Asa more since he is sticking with his principles rather than all those who act like school kids and talk about Trump, Bannon, and Miller behind their back and sweet talk to them in public. It's just not Trump they are supporting, it's all those folks latched onto Trump's gravy train. Ain't much different than bad kings way past who also had terrible courtiers.

The Chris-tal ball predicts!

Mitch McConnell will be remembered as a ruthless political operator who put his Party ahead of his country, to the bitter end of his term in office. Every single time. And the very fact that Donald J Tump is even a candidate for the presidency rests squarely on McConnell’s shoulders. That is a mistake that McConnell will rue until the end of his days.

McConnell: no chin; no principles; no spine ; just plain no good

I said it last time, I’ll say it again. Why are people so shocked when a politician does a political thing?

It's disgusting. He has no spine. What an ass.

McConnell never made a fight over principles because he never had any.

And he will be remembered now and forever to the end of time as the American version of Von Papen, the German politician who got Hitler the Chancellorship on the argument that Von Papen and his allies could "control" Hitler. Always and forever, remembered as the Great Sellout. The enabler of treason.

“He’s not going to fight a fight he can’t win — simply for the principle“

Tell me something I did not know before the obvious.

McConnell and other GOP leaders lost a long time ago when he and others decided to acquit Indicted Former President Trump in the Senate.

MCConnell Legacy in GOP is similar to Bush and Liz Cheiny legacy, nonexistence

2024 GOP MAGA is not the 2008 GOP

Sometimes what these folks say is not what they do. Endorse, yes. Ok. Vote for? Hmm. Maybe not. I mean we all got to live with ourselves. If I’m a retrumplican I’ll say anything to keep him from aiming his BS gun at me. But in the voting booth ….nope. No gonna do it. Wouldn’t be prudent.

Too bad that his “job” was way more important than being a man. He will be remembered as a power hungry weasel who never put the country first. Cya
