Trump's nominees so far are overwhelmingly unqualified when they not downright horrifying. Do you think there are four Republican senators with the spine to block any of them? If so, which ones? (Gaetz, Gabbard, RFK Jr.?)
How confident are you in our system of government to protect our institutions from incompetence? What protection is there with Trump in the White House and the GOP afraid to say or do anything to get on his bad side? Where are the adults in the room, and if they can be found, what power do they have to maintain order? I feel like it might be time to panic a little.
Three questions, Chris: 1. Are you aware of any previous Cabinet picks who were as unqualified as Gabbard, etc but who were effective and improved things? What's the likelihood of any of these people making their department/organization better? Which department/organization is at the greatest risk of causing the greatest harm? Thanks and keep up the good work!
I'm pleasantly surprised to see a number of Dems speak out about the current state of the party (ie, Richie Torres and Seth Moulton). I wish there were more on the other side besides Liz Cheney. Given that the Dems are kinda leader-less right now, what are the chances one of these newer, centrist voices catches fire? Any other names on your short list?
Chris, Two questions after your talk with Steve Schmidt: Do you think that Senate Dems will replace Schumer as minority leader? And, with the clown show of announced nominees, how hard do you think the Dems will push back against more than just a few nominees (Gaetz, Gabbard, RFK, Jr., maybe Noem, Hegseth)? Thanks!
Chris, is Trump pulling what he did last time where he knows some of his selections won’t go anywhere and he can have another cabinet full of “acting” fill in any role here?
Do you think the reticence of senior Rs (Bush, Romney, etc.) to condemn Trump was based on concern about the viability of Harris’s campaign and not wanting to spend their “capital” on a losing cause?
For me, it’s not about the news itself, it’s how we get our news. We prefer to get our news from independent journalists and independent media. We want to be informed but have been unhappy with
MSM for awhile. I have enjoyed Chris as he gives us his views & insights as well as how/why he has those views. I may not always agree but that’s okay
Sooo, Trump is not even in office yet and it's already a sh!tshow. After term 1, Trump found himself at or near the bottom of all presidential rankings, how much worse will (can) it get?
After getting blasted by your subscribers for not voting, do you pledge to NEVER let that happen again?

Any chance Republican Senators will have the guts to say no to Trump's nominees?

Gaetz, Hegseth, Gabbard, Musk, RFK - do these appointments change your view on how the next Trump administration will govern?
Who do you think will be Sarmucci’d first?
At what point do you think the Bromance between Trump and Musk cracks. I can’t see the two with their egos lasting that long…

So where are we now?

Robert Kennedy Junior?
Matt Graetz?
Pete Hegeth?
Tulsi Gabbart?
E!ise StefaniK?
Can anybody here get a TS Clearance let alone a compartmentalized one?
I saw your plans for CNN but I'm also concerned about how So What will stay relevant as more of us want to avoid news.

Which foreign country should I move to? Do you have any good recommendations?
North Korea would be congenial for you
