I think this is malarkey. He's doing a great job. This isn't an issue unless his Doctor says it is. What has he done to make you doubt him? Has he missed an important meeting, has he let us down? Someone could be 45, have a stroke or whatever. Until he demonstrates that he's not capable, this is just hand wringing.

Yes, I do have concerns about Bidens mental and physical fitness. But my concerns about Trumps mental fitness far outweigh them. In a Trump-Biden match, I think many people will feel as I do.
Reagan had an answer when he was questioned about his age. “I’m not going to hold my opponents youth against him.” I may not have the words exactly right. Biden says, “watch me.” I’ll do just that. I’m also watching his opponents, what they do and what they say and there is so far no doubt in my mind who I trust more and whose positions I agree with more. As for Nickie Halley, I bet he’ll be in the race and making a difference for the world and American far longer than she will.

And, like it or not, it's going to be an issue. So confront it head on, proving he's got nothing to hide. Indeed, he's got a record any modern president would be proud to run on.
I actually think that President Biden's done a very good job. But, I'm one person who lives in a reliably blue state. This is one case where perception is far more important than reality. Regardless of whether or President Biden can "do the job"--and I think that he can--the perception among a majority of the voters is that he can't...............and that means that we will (probably) see the Former Guy return to the White House, and the end of democracy in this country.
Well, that may be the perception of some people who worry about Biden's mental fitness, but I'd direct them to his State of the Union Address where, completely off the cuff, he called out the GOP and they ended up all swearing they were supporting Soc Sec. He handled that perfectly after MTG yelled that he was a liar. I will continue to point that out to anyone who questions his fitness. It was brilliant - and unscripted. Nobody will primary Biden, anyone that could win that is. RFK, Jr won’t get any traction, so no threat. Therefore, the Democrats have to face the facts that Biden’s age will be a factor. I believe it is perception, which is what Trump will pound into the ground. I pray that people will vote for Biden, despite his age, as the alternative will be Trump and we will be in very bad shape as a country.
Trump is old too. He would have to remove the spec in his eyes before he could remove the spec in somebody's else eyes. In any case, it may end up being a presidential contest between Biden and DeSantis. Now DeSantis may use age against Biden but weather that will work remains to be seen.
One can't just look at age.. I think there is no question that Biden is in better physical shape. We have never gotten a straight picture of Trump's health.
But if you can't vote for Trump, what is the alternative? What Democrat will run against Biden? And even if they can best BIden, can they stand toe-to-toe with Trump? I draw a blank!
