I think that Donald Trump’s Detroit appearance, when a “White Boy Summer” banner was unfurled on stage, is going to cause a MUCH bigger problem than any problem that Joe Biden has. Biden has a black VP. Donald J Trump has Charlie Kirk.
There is NO WAY that Trump gets the Black vote. Let's not get caught in the hype. For example, here's the real deal...from The Atlantic's staff writer, Tom Nichols:
"Last weekend Trump went to Detroit to speak to people at a Black church, and Kellyanne Conway went on Fox News to congratulate him for speaking to 8,000 people at a Black church. Trump did, in fact, speak at a Black church—but to a crowd of perhaps 100 or so mostly white people in a half-empty space that couldn’t hold 8,000 people even if seats were installed in the rafters and on the roof. (Its pastor gamely said the next day that he was surprised at the number of Black people who actually attended, considering that some had initially laughed at him when he approached them on the street about the event.)"
It's wishful thinking to say that Trump is going to get 20% of Black votes in November. The black people remember very well Trump insisting that innocent central park five gentlemen are guilty, Trump refusing to rent houses to black people, Trump saying that there are fine people on both sides during the deadly White supremacists demonstration in Virginia, Trump insisting that President Obama was not born in America and on and on and on. Biden is going to win the black votes just as big or even bigger than he did in 2020
It's inconceivable to me that 1 percent of African-Americans, heck even 1 single African-American, could vote for Trump. For all the reasons you listed and then some.
Did you see the poll from CNN yesterday? Chris somehow missed it?? Harry Enten shows Biden losing over half of his support of black voters under the age of 50 from just 4 years ago. Was at 80% now only 37%. Prob Fake News! I agree you certainly can’t trust CNN.
Why does kellyanne Conway lie ? Her lies are easily disproven...it is pathological...how does she even look in the mirror at herself? I went to catholic schools, as she claims and I do not remember lies being taught as a matter of pedagogy
