It is between a man who has 50 years of successful public service experience and a man who is convicted of FRAUD, of SEXUAL ASSAULT, and 34 counts of FELONY - AND WHO TALKS OF DESTROYING OUR CONSTITUTION, BECOMING A DICTATOR, AND EVEN SAYS THERE WILL BE A “BLOODBATH” IF HE DOESN’T WIN THIS ELECTION.

Decency matters....but only to non-MAGA people. That is the dilemma. Getting the folks who are not fans of Biden..but who despise Trump..to show up on election day may be the key. Also- TFG has committed SO MANY sins and said SO MANY outrageous things that they all sort of run together, a virtual blizzard of toxicity. Somehow, that seems to work to his advantage.
It's a good message and, as you said, Chris, a message of looking to the future, could resonate. The problem I see is how to deliver it. As many of the comments below show, the message needs to be delivered as a clever tee-shirt/car bumper slogan. As it is, it demands some thought to the average electorate, and at least at this point in the campaign, most voters won't want to think that hard about the message. One of Trump's "super powers" is distilling his message–which includes lies and misinformation, of course–into clever catch phrases that are easy to chant and remember. The Biden campaign needs to do the same.
