FWIW, I am a registered republican and was a double-hater in both 2016 and 2020. I voted for Gary Johnson and Joe Biden. I am more of a double-hater in 2024 than I was in 2020 and will once again be voting for Joe Biden. While I am not a fan of what he is doing and think the far left cabal of AOC et. al. wishes to do, my view is that as a country we can recover from bad policy decisions. We cannot recover from MAGA's efforts to dismantle the Constitution and turn the country into a cult of personality.

“Double haters” sounds like a catch nickname but most nonsense analysis to spend time during election year.

America faces real issues not an America Got Talent popularity contest.

Chris, Move on and start to call indicted Trump unless you are already scared of facing retaliation later

Chris will not call Trump the indicted Felon( fact because that's whst he's)) but relishes calling Biden old( which is also a fact). Double standsrd?

Joe has done a great job, but he was never a favorite of most voters. He was viewed in 20 as the most electable option. I think the key to win the haters is folks being reminded how unhinged Trump is. Unlike many people leaning left, I want the media to show his rallies. I wish the debates had an audience and mics that couldn’t be shut off. We’re better off when he displays his bad behavior. Trump acting like an adult at the debates would be a bad thing for truth , justice, and the American way. But I don’t he has it in him

I think that having the mics off will make Trump so enraged that he’ll start screaming profanities.

Perhaps. Would be great. I won’t have the courage to watch. Whole thing makes me nervous

It is nerve-racking, but I’m hoping for the best.🌻

Whoops, should be nerve wracking.

As a double hater who DESPISES Trump, I suggest that it is the dislike-detest voters who are the key. The folks who are Republican or independent and don't really approve of Bidens policy decisions but who are disgusted by all things Trump must wind up in the JB camp.

They like many in the GOP are already living and accepting authoritarianism as a new America system because as Chris wrote almost nothing will change under Trump as authoritarian.

As the quote “calling the devil is not the same as seeing come”

FYI, I’m a former libertarian who considers themselves independent. I will be shuddering as I vote for Joe Biden. He’s a liar and a fraud. But he’s not a felon.

He is not a liar or a fraud.

I forgave him for his verbal lapses when I learned he is someone who conquered stuttering. Some of his more annoying verbal tics are, I believe, the way he compensates for that.

A fraud is a person who is *not* what he or she pretends to be. tRump is a textbook example. I *don’t* see that in Joe Biden.

he's a politician. They all have to tell "white lies" to get elected. They're human beings. We are all frail in spirit and mind. We all have failings. There is a reason that most of us would fall apart under scrutiny. As a mostly indie guy who has voted for republicans in the past, I am totally and 10000% against the cult party of MAGA. There are no more decent MAGA folks. I'm not sure what Biden could do to be less of a fraud, but given the alternative, he's like a knight in shining armor. Clarence Thomas proves it.
