NOT to mention the Biden administration negotiated with Mexico to get them to do more to halt migrants crossing their southern border and as a result the numbers of migrants coming to our southern border plummeted.
NOT to mention when tarrifs cause displacement around the world due to rising costs of living and lack of food and jobs it will create MORE migrants coming to our borders!"

Targeted tariffs can be useful and may even help gain an objective, such as the targeted tariffs djt initiated against China in his first go around, but, he had to give farmers trillions of tax payer dollars to pay for all that they lost thru those tariffs. =More US debt.
Across the board tariffs like what he threatened now, will cause every single person in the US hundreds if not thousands in higher costs yearly, cause a bigger housing shortage,, cause layoffs at industries that can no longer get materials thet need and more. Try and keep up.
