There *is* life after TV 📺

When I worked at CNN, I spent a lot of early mornings on TV sets with

, who co-anchored the early show on the network.

Then, well, I left CNN. And Alisyn and I lost touch. But we recently reconnected — as she launched her own Substack, which you should subscribe to!

Alisyn and I spent 40 minutes talking about our past lives and how we got to where we are now. It’s a conversation about TV and journalism — sort of. But it’s also about how we define ourselves and success. And how we find contentment.
